the parcel arrived this morning. i love the brown paper and string and stamps and wrapping. fantastic! I have invited my friend up here this afternoon and will give the gift to her then. My beautiful parcel: I left it sitting on my coffee table, all wrapped up, until last Saturday. Many people picked it up and all commented on the wrapping, and actually thought I must have some secret lover - a man of all our dreams who knows just want a woman wants.

Apart from your obvious talent and skill in the creative arts - and marketing. I was also delighted with the swiftness of delivery (especially considering it was from another country), and also your very inclusive customer service was superb. It felt like we were a team and we all know how great it is to go shopping with a trusted friend, who knows your taste better than you do yourself, and who will also give permission for you to spoil yourself!
Do you ever go into a shop and see wonderful things, and just wish you could think of someone to buy them for? That's how I feel.

Such effort had been taken to the present in the presentation of the outer wrapping, french postage stamps etc...then the outer box with french writing, individually wrapped presents, the beautiful hand written card, to the gorgeous scroll with all the quotes, pictures etc.
