FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND:
All individual orders over $50 qualify for free standard delivery within New Zealand except for large pieces of artwork and vintage wall posters.

If you are having the all the items from one order, sent to you as purchaser, write the different names/messages for recipients into the message box at the shopping cart. one delivery charge will apply for all items.
However, if you are requiring delivery to different addresses, individual delivery charges may apply. we will discuss this with you once your order is received.

e.g. ships 5 - 10 days, 5 - 15 days, 5 - 21 days
(INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We charge a minimum delivery, packaging and insurance charge of $15.00 for all international orders.
We will email you to check your preferred delivery method from either:
International Express delivery by courier, International Economy delivery by courier,
International Airmail post or International Economy Airmail post.
once we know this we will pack your parcel, take it to the Post Shop and establish the actual shipping cost for your parcel.
If the charge is more than $15NZ we will send you a secure payment link to Buypoint, the National Bank of New Zealand secure pay system. Once your shipping payment is all processed we will immediately send your parcel on its way to you and advise you exactly when this happened, eta etc.
WHAT IS JUMPING TANGENTS RETURN POLICY?:
If you want a refund or exchange please return the articles to us within 14 days of receiving them.
To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us in as new (not used) condition.
Please include your reason for return.
We will refund your purchase in full by either crediting your credit card for the full amount or your bank account provided the items are returned in good condition. Jumping Tangents is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items.
